Decision to review ban welcomed

Dubai - Iran has welcomed a European Union decision to review a ban on high-level contacts with the Islamic republic. EU foreign ministers on Monday ordered a review of the bloc's ban on high-level contacts with Iran, saying a policy of general sanctions was no longer appropriate to the changing mood of the Islamic republic.
