Oklahoma - Oklahoma's longest-serving death row inmate has been executed by injection for the murder of a man in a bar over two decades ago.

Wayne Jones jnr (61), was convicted of killing 48-yearold Stanley Buck snr in a Lawton bar in August 1979. He also wounded Buck's 19year-old son, Stanley Buck jnr and Betty Strain (40).

He was placed on death row in June 1980 and is the eighth person put to death in Oklahoma this year.
