Dalkey house sold for £2m

Following the spectacular price of just under £6 million paid for an end-of-terrace house overlooking Killiney Bay, another house in the same terrace was yesterday sold for a figure believed to be just under £2 million. No 7, Sorrento Terrace, Dalkey, was withdrawn at auction at £1.7 million and later sold to an English trust. The house had been owned by Mr Niall Forsythe, an antique dealer.
