THE Divorce Bill, laying down the terms on which divorce will become available in this State, is one of the first issues to be debated when the Dail resumes next Wednesday after the summer recess.
All stages of the Family Law (Divorce) Bill, 1996, are due to be passed on Wednesday but it will probably be the New Year before the first divorce can be filed for.
