Prague - The Czech Prime Minister, Mr Milos Zeman, has rejected a call from Cuba to admit wrongdoing in a diplomatic row over two Czechs jailed in Havana for meeting anti-government dissidents. Dr Fidel Castro's government has held a former finance minister, Mr Ivan Pilip, and a former student leader, Mr Jan Bubenik, in jail since January 12th for alleged "subversive contacts" with members of Cuba's unofficial opposition, and has threatened to put them on trial.
