A man has been remanded in custody charged with the murder of Peter Conroy, who died at a B&B in Palmerstown in west Dublin in the early hours of Tuesday morning.
Terry Connors (40) was charged with the murder of Mr Conroy (25), after appearing before Judge Michael Walsh at Dublin District Court this morning.
Mr Conroy suffered stab wounds in a fight following wedding celebrations at the premises on Kennelsfort Road shortly before 4am on Tuesday.
He was taken to Connolly Hospital in Blanchardstown, where he was later pronounced dead.
Mr Connors will be remanded in custody until June 17th, when he will appear before Cloverhill District Court.
Due to the nature of the murder charge, a bail application can only be made in the High Court.
