The trial of alleged "Real IRA" leader Mr Michael McKevitt looks likely to proceed after a High Court decision today.

The trial of alleged "Real IRA" leader Mr Michael McKevitt looks likely to proceed after a High Court decision today.

The court refused leave to challenge the Special Criminal Court's refusal to direct further disclosure of documents relating to FBI agent Mr David Rupert.

Mr Rupert is the main witness against McKevitt. Following today's ruling, the trial of McKevitt looks set to go ahead on February 11th, although the accused still has the option of appealing to the Supreme Court.
