The bodies of the Irish couple killed in the United States on Sunday evening will be flown home this weekend.
Joe O’Connell (50) and his wife Ann (44) died when the motor van being driven by their 15-year-old daughter Sarah crashed in Iowa.
Two other children, Colman (13) and Maeve (10) were injured in the accident which has plunged the couple’s families in Kerry and Galway into grief.
Maeve (10) is recovering in hospital in the United States and is reported to be making good progress. The two older children escaped with minor injuries.

The deceased couple will be reposing in Abbeyknockmoy in Co Galway from 5pm tomorrow, with removal at 8pm.
Funeral Mass will be in Brooklodge Church in Ann’s native Co Galway.
