The President of the High Court yesterday made an order for the winding up of a property development company, Zara Builders Ltd. It is claimed the company owes £310,000 to National Irish Bank and £285,778 to the Revenue Commissioners.

The company had registered offices at Main Street, Mallow, Co Cork, and the directors were Mr Patrick Edward Shine and Ms Catherine Shine, Knockaroura, Mallow. The Revenue supported the bank's application for a winding-up order. Mr Justice Costello appointed Mr Michael J. Long, accountant, as liquidator of the company.
