E-Books

I agree with Tony Hetherington when he says he thinks e-books might take off with people who need to carry around a lot of reference texts, such as lawyers and academics. However, I don't think they will really overtake conventional books when it comes to people reading for pleasure. The cost of flying Aer Lingus

I just booked an Aer Lingus flight for my husband and my infant son. My husbands flight cost £9 (€11) and my son's cost £16 (€20) for the luxury of sitting on my husband's lap - he doesn't even get a seat. A one-way flight for £9 ended up costing £92 (€117) after all the charges for my husband and son. Ripping off one-year-olds is a bit cheeky, don't you think? - Catherine Wilson
