Phone moan: Apple's iPhone and its US domestic carrier partner ATT Mobility have been targeted again by class action lawsuits – five of them in the last couple of weeks alone. Three are aimed at Apple and two at ATT Mobility.
While the suits are long and complex, they are essentially claiming that the 3G iPhones for sale in the US are not that well built and don’t work as well as promised on the network in question. Both Apple and ATT Mobility declined to comment on the pending litigation.
