New York - Mr Gary Condit, the congressman at the centre of speculation about the disappearance of Washington intern Ms Chandra Levy, is to break his silence.
The 53-year-old Californian politician was having an affair with Ms Levy (24) before she disappeared at the beginning of May.
He will go on television on Thursday night in his first public statement on the case.
