A body to compensate people who suffered abuse as children in reformatory and industrial schools, orphanages, children's homes and hospitals will be set up within months, the Minister for Education and Science said yesterday. Legislation to set up the body would be given priority, with a view to having it in place by the time the Dail rises for the summer, Dr Woods said.
