Mainz - Marxist rebels started discussions with Colombia's business, labour and church leaders in Germany yesterday.
Commanders from the Cuban-inspired National Liberation Army (ELN), Colombia's second largest rebel force, attended the talks sponsored by the German Bishops' Conference.
