Doha - The US Secretary of State, Mr William Cohen, touring the Gulf to rally support in the latest Iraq crisis, held talks with Qatar's emir yesterday.
Qatar is the fourth Gulf Arab state Mr Cohen has visited in two days of a hastily arranged tour of regional allies. The trip was prompted by Iraq's decision to stop co-operation with United Nations weapons inspectors charged with disarming Baghdad.
