The defence teams for four men accused of a multi-million-dollar bank draft fraud made closing speeches at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court yesterday.
All four have pleaded not guilty to trying to defraud a retired German businessman, Mr Heinz Althoff, by forming a fraudulent company. The trial is expected to end early next week.
