A 39-year-old Co Tyrone factory worker facing charges of raping his schoolgirl daughter was back in Cookstown Magistrates' Court yesterday on further charges relating to a second daughter. The man, who cannot be named for legal reasons, is accused of indecently assaulting and committing an act of gross indecency with the girl last November and December. He was remanded in custody.
