Charge to follow man's death

A Dublin man aged 39 is to appear at Dublin District Court today charged in connection with the death of a man in his 50s. The man, whose body was discovered on Saturday afternoon in the basement of a building site on Benburb Street, is believed to have been homeless for a number of years. He died from head injuries. He was known to gardai but his name is not expected to be released until today.
