A 17-year-old Carlow Town schoolgirl died in Dublin's Beaumont Hospital on Saturday following a road accident near her home last Tuesday evening.
Miss Caroline Malone, Ballyhide, Graiguecullen, Carlow, a passenger in one of the two cars involved in the crash, was critically injured. She was a student at St Leo's College in Carlow.
