A further six people have been arrested at an address in Dorset in what is believed to be an investigation connected to the discovery of the poison ricin at a flat in north London.

The five men and a woman were arrested in the Bournemouth area.

However, a Scotland Yard spokeswoman was unable to confirm the arrests were directly linked to the discovery of a small amount of the deadly poison in a flat in Wood Green, north London.

Later, today five men are due before Bow Street Magistrates court following the ricin find at the flat in Wood Green, north London.
