A 14-year-old boy was killed in a crash in Co Cork last night.
The boy was a front seat passenger in a car that was hit from behind by a truck near Macroom.
The boy's mother and brother were taken to hospital, where their injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
A total of 101 people have been killed on the State's roads so far this year.
