Michael O’Sullivan from Blackpool in Cork went missing on the Nam Xong river in Vang Viang, southeast Asia last Thursday. Mr O’Sullivan, who lived in Slough, Berkshire, disappeared after flash floods swept him and 18 other tourists, including his wife, Ilana, downstream. His wife was rescued with the others.

However, Mr O’Sullivan’s body was recovered on Saturday. He was not wearing a lifejacket.
