Body taken from Grand Canal

Gardai in Irishtown, Dublin, are seeking assistance in identifying a man whose body was taken from the Grand Canal near Percy Place at 7.40 p.m. on Saturday. The man was in his mid-50s, 5' 7" in height, of thin build, clean-shaven with short grey hair. He was wearing navy deck shoes, blue jeans and a light blue sweatshirt. Over this he wore a reddish-brown, checked shirt, a brown jumper, a navy blazer and a dark green bomber jacket.
