BRUSSELS - The discovery of more body parts near the southern Belgian town of Mons provides further evidence that a serial killer is at work, Mons Public Prosecutor Mr Pierre Honore said yesterday.
Police found two plastic sacks containing a head, foot and shin on Saturday alongside a road in the village of Havre after being alerted by a passerby, he told Belgian television and radio.
