A 17 year old Ballina youth remanded at Ballina Court yesterday on charges of assaulting and robbing a Spanish student, was granted bail on condition that he be in his home before 10 p.m. each evening and report at Ballina Garda Station each morning at 9 a.m.
Judge Dan Shields remanded him to Ballina court on September 10th on charges of assaulting Mr Oscar Carol Torres in Ballina on July 19th and robbing him of £4.50.
