A Dublin property broker, accused of fraud over the sale of houses in north Belfast, has had his bail application adjourned for a week at a Belfast court.
Mr Vincent Thomas Anthony O'Donoghue (49), from Beaumont Road, is accused of deceptively obtaining £15,000 by collecting deposits on 15 houses in the Ardoyne area which he claimed he was authorised to sell.
The magistrate adjourned the application and remanded Mr O'Donoghue in custody until next Tuesday to allow time for bail to be perfected and further police inquiries to be conducted.
