Assaulted hurler goes home

The Kilkenny hurler who was beaten unconscious in an attack outside a night club has been discharged from hospital. Continuing his recovery at home last night after his discharge from Cork University Hospital, Mr P.J. Delaney said he was feeling great and was concentrating on getting well. He said he was still having some problems with his balance and his right arm and leg, but his brain was in perfect working order.
