An ammonia leak at a premises in the Dublin Docklands this morning has been isolated and emergency services have left the area.

The chemical incident unit of the Dublin Fire Brigade was called to deal with a suspected leak at around 8.30am.

Bond Street was closed to traffic during the investigation, and a number of buildings in the area were evacuated by gardaí.

All traffic routes in the area have reopened, and the area has been declared safe.
