Alltracel, the Dublin-based maker of a patented blood-stopping agent, has signed a distribution deal with manufacturing giant 3M.

Expected to generate more than €500,000 in revenue for Alltracel in the first year, 3M will unveil three products under its Nexcare brand featuring Alltracel's m-doc first-aid ingredient.

3M plans to launch the products in 28 countries in Europe and the Middle East The deal is the latest in a series for Alltracel, which has contracts to supply m-doc to pharmacies in Europe and the United States.
