Action against clinic dropped

LONDON - A woman broke into tears at the High Court yesterday after abandoning her bid to prevent her frozen embryo being destroyed. The woman, who cannot be named for legal reasons, had obtained a temporary injunction preventing Bourn Hall Clinic, Cambridge, from thawing out the embryo.
