Is the Irish Farmers' Association interfering with the seasons for some nefarious, money-making purpose? Or is it an initiative of the new president, Tom Parlon? The IFA's 1998 calendar has dropped a day from the end of March and inserted it at the end of April. So, while there was no March 29th, there will be two 29ths of April. Confused? So are farming households around the country.
