One of the biggest employers in the Donegal Gaeltacht is to close woth the loss of 74 jobs it was announced today.
The Ruibear Motair Teoranta plant on the Gweedore Industrial Estate in west Donegal which once employed over 200 people has experienced difficulties for some years.
In April, workers got a reprieve when a contract was secured from the Ford Motor Company, but now it will cease operations next month.
