Baghdad - Sixty-two Iraqi soldiers died and 180 were wounded in the four nights of the US-British aerial onslaught against Iraq, the Deputy Prime Minister, Mr Tariq Aziz, said yesterday. He accused Britain and the US of lying about their achievements in the assault, which ended on Sunday night, in detailing the toll on military personnel.

"The serious damage was in the civilian area," Mr Aziz told a press conference.
