RUC detectives investigating the rape and murder of a 91-year-old woman in her Co Tyrone home earlier this year said yesterday that so far 600 men had been DNA tested in a voluntary screening initiative.

The screening was started last month following the attack on Miss Mary Ann McLaughlin in her Cavan Road home near Castlederg last February.
