Gardai in Blanchardstown have seized cannabis and ecstasy with an estimated street value of €6 million after a lorry was stopped in the area this evening.
The drugs were found following an operation in the Ballycoolin area of Blanchardstown during which a lorry was stopped and searched at close to 6 p.m.
One man in his 50's was arrested and has been detained at Blanchardstown Garda Station under Section 2 Drug Trafficking Act.
He can be detained up to seven days.
