LONDON - An explosion at a military ammunition dump in the Yemeni city of Aden killed 38 people and left more than 100 injured, Kuwaiti radio reported yesterday. Monitored by the BBC, the radio said the blast at Salah el Deen military compound west of Aden had caused millions of dollars worth of damage. Earlier yesterday Yemen said just three people were killed and 18 were wounded when an electrical short circuit sparked the blast at the ammunition dump.
