London - The RAF has begun an inquiry after an aircraft used by the British royal family and cabinet ministers made an emergency landing with three failed engines.

Faulty maintenance procedures are believed to be responsible for the incident earlier this month on a training flight involving the four-engined BAe 146 of the Royal Squadron. No one was injured when a trainee pilot and an instructor managed to land the aircraft on November 6th at Northolt RAF, in London.
