Luanda - Angolan rebels killed 20 people in an ambush on three cargo trucks west of Malange city on Friday, the state-owned newspaper reported yesterday.
"Savimbi's forces murdered 20 civilians," Jornal de Angola said, basing its toll on survivors' accounts. The attack, near Cacuso, about 270km east of the capital, Luanda, was blamed on the rebel National Union for the Total Independence of Angola.
