The woman behind the controversial Achill Island House of Prayer conveyed a message to the White House through a senior US diplomat, it has emerged.
Ms Christina Gallagher said that on February 21st, Our Lady told her that "President Bush has opened doors which cannot be closed. There will be wars leading to the great third world war."
A message for President Bush which she says she received from Our Lady on October 23rd last warned him of "the danger of what he was doing".
Ms Gallagher says she conveyed this message to the White House through senior American diplomats who privately visited her at the House of Prayer in Achill over recent years. She says she had been told last October to get the message to the President within 48 hours.
Ms Gallagher had been told some years ago that a war between China and Russia would be precipitated by the United States, her spiritual adviser, Father Gerard McGinnity, said. Ms Gallagher has said that war is inevitable in Iraq.
