Right said ted
Who would have thought that an event celebrating the comedy TV show, Father Ted, would have become one of last year's most talked-about festivals? Ted Fest II runs this week in Galway, Kilfenora and Inis Mór. Highlights include an evening with Ted writers Arthur Matthews and Graham Linehan in the Community Hall, Kilfenora; the Toilet D**k and Lovely Girls Awards; and the infamous Song For Europe. The late Dermot Morgan will be remembered at a ball in Galway on Thursday. www.friendsofted.org.
