To celebrate the arrival of Solomon Fine Art to its new gallery space on Balfe Street, Dublin, the Westbury Hotel will host an Art Salon for readers on Thursday, May 31st.

The evening starts with a champagne reception in Solomon Fine Art, located next door to the Westbury Hotel, where guests can admire the Gallery’s latest exhibition by sculptor Anthony Scott. This will be followed by a three-course meal, with wine, served in Wilde – the Restaurant in The Westbury Hotel, which is home to a fine collection of art, including pieces by Sir John Lavery, Louis le Brocquy, Norah McGuinness, Patrick Scott and Barrie Cooke.

To round off the evening, curator and art advisor Frances Ruane will give a talk on building an art collection. Tickets cost €70 and will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Proceeds of the evening will be donated to the charity Headstrong Ireland.
