West Cork developer Donal O'Rourke has built schemes in Dunmanway and Owenahincha.

Architect John L O'Sullivan designed Reenmeen Woods in typical rural Cork style, with high roof lines and unusual windows.

Interior spec is impressive. Vanilla gloss kitchen units come with a range of integrated appliances, including a microwave.

There are semi-solid wood flooring and a fireplace in the sittingroom. Kitchen and bathroom floor and wall tiling are also part of the package. Timber floors are laid in the bedrooms and en suite shower rooms are included with three-bedroom houses.

The houses will have compact lawned and fenced back gardens and Tarmac driveways. Communal green areas will be landscaped. Completions are scheduled for summer 2007, says the selling agent. Viewing is from noon to 4pm on December 30th.
