Only two one-bedroom apartments and six three-bedroom homes remain for sale out of 68 units being developed by the Wexford-based builders Neville on the edge of the River Lagan in Belfast. Hooke & MacDonald's Belfast office said most of the apartments in St John's Wharf were bought either by Belfast owner-occupiers or Dublin investors. One-beds made £88,000 sterling to £90,000, while two-beds apartments were priced between £112,000 and £145,000. The remaining three-bed homes range from £175,000.
