Hamilton Osborne King is seeking in the region of £360,000 (€457,110) for a partially-let office investment at 20 Sandyford Office Park in south County Dublin. The two-storey, own-door building was built about 10 years ago and has a floor area of 1,200 sq ft. The ground floor is let to a tax consultant under a long-term lease due to be reviewed next December. The upper floor is vacant and the agents have estimated that when the review is completed and the other floor is let it should produce around £25,000 (€31,740) per annum. There are four surface car-parking spaces available with the office building, which is close to a proposed LUAS station.
