The rush to build retail warehousing continues. In Co Kildare, Castlekeel Ltd has just lodged a planning application for a mixed retail development, including an integrated retail park, at Monread Road in Naas. A second company, Hazelmark Developments has also lodged a planning application for a retail park on the same road with a gross floor area of almost 110,000 sq ft.
