THE Punch Bowl bar and restaurant at Rock Road, Blackrock, Co Dublin, has been sold by private treaty for more than £1.3 million. The owner, Ken Featherstone, recently acquired the Victor Hotel, at Rochestown Avenue, Dun Laoghaire, for £1.7 million. The new Punch Bowl owner, is Allan Kelly, son of Larry Kelly of the Kestrel bar in Walkinstown, and his partner, Joe O'Rourke. The sale of the bar was handled by Patrick A. Moore and Co.
