Location: St Colmcille's Court (formerly River Lane), Main St, Swords, Co Dublin. DÚN LAOGHAIRE RATHDOWN

Location: Former Premier Dairies, Whitehall Rd, Churchtown, D14. Proposed development: Erect 407 dwellings (20 three-bed terraced houses with 40 surface car-parking spaces, 387 apartments in eight blocks varying from three to seven storeys) and associated underground car-parking for 550 cars and 27 surface car-parking spaces. Applicant: St James Developments Ltd.

Location: Lands on Enniskerry Rd, Newtown Little, Stepaside, Co Dublin. Proposed development: Erect 491 dwellings. The development will consist of six six-storey apartment blocks over podium with 366 apartments and seven four-storey terraced duplex blocks including a five-storey and a six-storey corner element with 125 units. The proposed development will also provide for a new public pedestrian and cyclepath entrance from the Enniskerry Rd, site development and landscape works, including provision of paths and cycleways, regrading of lands and provision of boundary treatments, all on a site of 11.5 acres (4.7 ha). Location: Royal Irish Yacht Club (protected structure), Harbour Rd, Dún Laoghaire, Co Dublin. Proposed development: Extension of deck in front and demolition of ramp to the water, and construct a new ramp in the opposite direction and a new pedestrian ramp with gate and railings accessing the Dún Laoghaire Marina.
