DECISION TO GRANT

FINGAL - APPLICATIONS

Location: Somerton House (protected structure), Castleknock, D15. Proposed development: Demolish dwelling and construct 16 units to include 15 five-bed detached houses and one two-bed detached house. DECISION TO GRANT

Location: Santry Demesne, Santry, D9. Proposed development: Commercial development of offices, logistics warehouse, own-door offices, enterprise starter units, car showrooms and amenity building. Mixed use development consists of five logistic warehouses each with ancillary office space on two levels of some 11,126 sq m (119,759 sq ft) in total, 35 two-storey enterprise starter units, nine five-storey office blocks all totalling 58,970 sq m (634,747 sq ft), 28 three-storey own-door office buildings totalling 11,172 sq m (120,254 sq ft), one two-storey car showroom, and one two-storey amenity building. Location: Ailiach, Blakestown Rd, Clonsilla, D15. Proposed development: Demolish single storey dwelling and shed and construct two one and two-storey blocks containing seven two-bed apartments with 12 car-parking spaces and associated site works. DUBLIN CITY COUNCIL - DECISION TO GRANT

Location: Swords Rd and access road to Regency Hotel, Grace Park Manor and 7 Oaks residential development, Whitehall, D9. SOUTH DUBLIN -APPLICATIONS

Location: Heathersett, Old Court Rd, Tallaght, D24. Proposed development: Demolish dormer residence and construct a residential development of 17 three-bed houses, 11 two-bed houses, three four-bed houses, four two-bed apartments and two one-bed apartments with 71 car-parking spaces. DECISION TO GRANT

DECISION TO REFUSE

DÚN LAOGHAIRE-RATHDOWN - APPLICATIONS

Location: Fortlands, Killiney Hill Rd, Killiney, Co Dublin. Proposed development: Block up entrance on Killiney Hill Rd and open new entrance off avenue leading to Villa Maria, providing new driveway and gate opening; reposition portion of south-west corner wall to give improved sight lines but maintaining existing boundary and ground levels, raising south and part of west boundary wall by approximately 1.5 metres to match existing high level wall.
