DÚN LAOGHAIRE RATHDOWN  - APPLICATIONS

Location: Rossbeigh, Harolds Grange Road, Rathfarnham, Dublin 16. Proposed development: demolish dwelling and garage for 25 apartments (four one-bedroom units, 16 two-bedroom units and four three-bedroom units) on four levels over basement car-parking plus one fourth floor penthouse, associated site works, including the relocation of site entrance boundary wall adjacent to Harolds Grange Road, landscaping and paths. DECISION TO GRANT

Location: Seapoint Dart Station, Seapoint Avenue, Blackrock, Co Dublin. Proposed development: removal/demolition of station building and footbridge structures. In their place a new building, providing full mobility-impaired access, will be provided as new composite footbridge/station-type design. The main building will be a steel and glass structure and will span across the railway. It will incorporate a lobby area, ticket office with ancillary accommodation, stairs and full mobility-impaired lift access to both platforms, the approach footpath and boundary stone walls will be re-grated and modified. SOUTH DUBLIN - APPLICATIONS

Location: the Gate Lodge, Pearse Museum, St Endas, Grange Road, Rathfarnham, Dublin 16. Proposed development: single storey kitchen extension to the east side of the gate lodge, several reversible interior alterations to provide disabled access, works to reinstate the previous architectural character, the reduction of ground levels at the south and west and miscellaneous security works. Proposed development: balcony at first floor to the rear of the clubhouse, practice wall adjacent court 11 with associated enclosure and increase in height from 3m to 3.6m of a fence to the north-west boundary with the Morgue public house. DUBLIN CITY COUNCIL - APPLICATIONS
