SOUTH DUBLIN

Location: lands at Kingswood, Naas Road located east of Citywest Business Campus, Dublin 24. DECISION TO GRANT

Location: taxi office and ATM area beside entrance number one to Liffey Valley Shopping Centre, Fonthill Road, Dublin 22. Proposed development: permission is sought to re-locate the ATM facility facing into the former taxi/cab office with two ATM outlets on the external wall with associated elevational changes. The area currently occupied by ATMs and lobby are to be converted to a retail unit with access from within the mall. Applicant: Liffey Valley Management Limited.

Location: Deer Park Hotel, Howth, Co Dublin. Location: Silks Restaurant, The Mall, Malahide, Co Dublin. Proposed development: demolish the entire two-storey and single storey structure on site. Location: 54-55 Marrowbone Lane, Dublin 8 including adjoining Dublin City Council lands occupied by DCC Public Lighting Department, Marrowbone Lane, Dublin 8. Proposed development: demolish two-storey dwelling, two-storey offices, warehousing, ESB substation and council depot. Erect mixed-use development in four blocks ranging from two to seven storeys. Scheme comprises commercial space of 4,011sq m (43,174sq ft) comprising a crèche, café, retail floor space of 1,358sq m (14,617sq ft) in Block A; office floor space in Block B and live/work commercial space in Blocks B, C and D. Location: lands north-east of Father Collins Park Hole in the Wall (at Grange Road), Donaghmede, Dublin 13. Proposed development: erect 179 apartments and a crèche in three blocks from two to six storeys with 29 one-beds, 100 two-beds and 50 three-beds with 188 car-parking spaces. Location: 1 Raglan Lane, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4. Proposed development: demolish residence at 1 Raglan Lane, Dublin 4, rear of 1 Raglan Road (protected structure) and erect two semi-detached three-bed mews residences, one two storeys and one part two, part three storeys, forming new vehicular access onto Raglan Lane for one residence and repositioning vehicular access onto Pembroke Lane, for other residence.
